Little Timmy loved looking at the moon. Every night, before bed, he'd wave to it from his window. He imagined the moon was a giant, friendly cheese, full of yummy holes and maybe even little moon-mice!
One night, Timmy wished he could visit the moon. He closed his eyes tight, and *whoosh*! He felt himself floating upwards, gently and slowly, like a fluffy dandelion seed.
He landed softly on the moon's surface, which wasn't cheese at all, but sparkly, silvery dust! He saw tiny moon-bunnies hopping around, their fur as soft as clouds.
One little moon-bunny looked sad. Timmy, always kind, asked, "Are you alright, little bunny?" The moon-bunny explained that he'd lost his way home and missed his moon-family.
Timmy, remembering his own cozy bed and the love of his family, decided to help. He gently picked up the bunny and, together, they hopped across the moon's surface, looking for the bunny's burrow.
They hopped past glowing moon-rocks and sparkly moon-rivers. Timmy showed the little bunny how to follow the shiny path of moonlight, a shortcut back home.
Finally, they found the bunny's family! The moon-bunnies were overjoyed and thanked Timmy with a special moon-berry, sweet and juicy.
It was time for Timmy to go home. He said goodnight to the moon-bunnies, promising to visit again soon. He waved goodbye to the moon as he floated back to his bed.
Back in his room, Timmy snuggled under his blankets, feeling happy and warm. He remembered the kindness he’d shown the lost moon-bunny and the joy it had brought him and the bunny family. Saying goodnight to his family, Timmy drifted off to sleep, dreaming of the moon and his new moon-bunny friend.
