Koko's Cozy Bedtime Adventure

« Back to Topic

2 min read ・ Age 3

Koko the bear cub woke up one sunny morning, feeling very hungry. He smelled delicious berries growing in a bush near his cozy den.

He ran towards the bush, excited to eat the juicy red berries. But as he reached the bush, he saw another little bear, Pip, also eagerly reaching for the berries.

Koko felt a little grumpy. He wanted all the berries for himself! He thought, 'If I quickly snatch them, Pip won't get any!'

But then Koko remembered how much fun he had playing with Pip in the forest, chasing butterflies and building dens. He knew Pip loved berries just as much as he did.

Instead of grabbing the berries, Koko gently nudged the bush with his nose. "Hello, Pip!" he whispered.

Pip looked up and smiled. "Hello, Koko!" Pip replied. "I have so many berries and they are so sweet."

Koko realized that there were more than enough berries for both of them. He wiggled his nose happily and said, 'We can share!'

Koko and Pip giggled as they carefully picked the berries. They both carefully placed the juicy red berries into their baskets, and then took a big handful of berries to each other.

Sharing the berries made both Koko and Pip very happy. They ate together, happily munching on the berries, their bellies full. The sun was setting and the forest was getting dark. Koko remembered to thank Pip.

"Thank you for being my friend, Pip!" said Koko.

Pip smiled and said, "Thank you for being a great friend to me, Koko!" They snuggled together, happy to have a friend to share their treats.

As the stars twinkled in the night sky, Koko knew that sharing was the best way to play and make new friends. It felt so wonderful to share!

Koko then cuddled under his soft, warm den and drifted off to sleep, happy and content.
