Once upon a time, deep in the woods, lived three little bears: Big Bear, Middle Bear, and Baby Bear. Every night, bedtime was a little bit tricky. Big Bear liked to play just *one* more game. Middle Bear wanted *one* more story. And Baby Bear… well, Baby Bear wanted *all* the cuddles!
Mama Bear knew they needed a bedtime routine. “Let’s try something new tonight,” she said with a warm smile. “First, a nice warm bath, then cozy pajamas, then a story, and finally, lots of cuddles.”
Big Bear grumbled a little. He really wanted to build a tower of blocks! But he loved his Mama, so he agreed. The warm bath felt wonderful, and his pajamas were so soft. He even helped Middle Bear pick out a story about a friendly bumblebee.
Middle Bear usually wiggled and giggled during story time, but tonight, the routine was helping him feel calm. He listened carefully as Mama Bear read about the bumblebee buzzing through the flowers. He even pointed out the pictures to Baby Bear.
Baby Bear was the happiest of all! He loved the warm bath, the soft pajamas, and especially the story. But the best part was the cuddles. Mama Bear gave Big Bear a big hug, then Middle Bear, and finally, a very special cuddle to Baby Bear.
As Mama Bear sang a gentle lullaby, Big Bear yawned. Middle Bear’s eyes started to close. And Baby Bear snuggled close, feeling safe and loved. The bedtime routine was working!
“This is nice,” mumbled Big Bear, already half asleep. “Much nicer than building blocks right now.” Middle Bear nodded sleepily. “The story was good… very good…”
Soon, all three little bears were fast asleep, dreaming sweet dreams. Mama Bear smiled. A bedtime routine wasn’t just about getting to sleep; it was about spending time together and feeling cozy and loved. And that was the best dream of all.
From that night on, the three little bears always followed their bedtime routine. They knew that a warm bath, a good story, and lots of cuddles were the perfect way to end the day and drift off to a peaceful sleep. Goodnight, little bears!
