A Rhyming Bedtime Adventure

The sun was sinking, painting skies with gold, A perfect time for stories to unfold.

Little Lily loved to hear them read, And wished for rhymes to help her go to bed.

Her mama smiled, a twinkle in her eye, "A rhyming story, just for you, my dear, says I!"

In a land of fluffy clouds, so soft and white, A little bunny hopped, with all its might.

With floppy ears and whiskers, long and brown, It skipped and bounced, all through the town.

It hopped past flowers, bright and sweet and tall, And listened to the whispers of the wall.

The flowers whispered tales of pretty hues, Of gentle breezes and sweet morning dews.

"Hop, little bunny, hop!" the breeze did sigh, "A rhyming journey, beneath the sky!"

The bunny hopped and hopped, across the dew-kissed ground, Where tiny trees their leafy stories crowned.

With every hop, a rhyming sound would come, 'Cause bedtime rhymes, bring joy and make us hum.

"Hop, hop, little bunny, what can you see? Little stars above, glimmering glee."

"Round and round they twirl," the bunny said, "Sleep now, my friends," its gentle voice conveyed."

Lily giggled softly, listening near, As bunny hops and rhymes filled her with cheer.

The gentle sounds and rhythm soft and low, Brought quiet peace and helped her gently go, To slumberland, where dreams softly float, And happy thoughts and rhyming stories grow!

As Lily drifted off to sleep so deep, A quiet smile upon her face did creep.

She dreamt of bunnies hopping, softly light, And rhyming words, shining bright and bright.

And knew, in dreams, that stories warm and true, Can help us fall asleep and dream anew.

Goodnight, my dear, sleep tight and dream, With rhyming words, sweet, soft, and supreme!
