Once upon a time, in a small village nestled amongst rolling green hills, lived a little girl named Zara. Zara loved playing with her toys, especially her colourful little bear, which was her best friend. Zara was a kind and generous child.

One evening, as the sun dipped below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink, Zara was playing in her garden. Suddenly, she heard a whimper. Peeking around a tall flower, she saw a tiny, lost bird huddled under a bush. Its wings were a little bruised.

Zara gently scooped the little bird into her hands. She felt a soft warmth from the small, trembling creature, realizing it was very cold. Zara quickly took the bird inside, and her kind mother carefully bandaged the bird's small wings. They cared for the little bird.

The next day, the little bird was much better, hopping around Zara's room. Zara shared her delicious milk with the bird, and the bird chirped happily in gratitude. Zara felt joy in the bird's joy.

A few days later, another little boy, Amir, came to visit Zara. He noticed the bird and asked if he could see it. Zara, with a big smile, happily agreed and showed the bird to Amir. Both children played together, laughing and sharing stories, with the little bird watching from a branch.

Amir brought Zara some delicious cookies from his home. Zara, remembering how hungry the bird was, offered half of the cookies to the little bird. Amir smiled and joined her, sharing the other half of the cookies with the little bird.

Zara and Amir both felt so happy, sharing their special snacks and their play with the little bird. They discovered that friendship and kindness brought a lot of joy. The little bird chirped, now healthy and strong, and the children knew they had made a new friend in the little bird.

From that day on, Zara and Amir continued to play together, sharing their toys, their cookies, and their friendship with all. They learned that sharing made everyone happy, and that kindness could bring the greatest joy. They knew that being kind and friendly made life more wonderful.
