Once upon a time, in a lush green valley, lived a little bear cub named Barnaby. Barnaby loved exploring the forest, especially the part filled with colorful fruit trees.

One sunny morning, Barnaby discovered a beautiful orchard bursting with juicy apples, plump pears, and sweet berries. He carefully picked a perfect red apple, smelling its sweet fragrance.

As Barnaby was enjoying his apple, a little rabbit hopped by, its eyes wide with hunger. The rabbit looked longingly at Barnaby's delicious fruit.

Barnaby, remembering how wonderful it felt to have a delicious snack, thought about sharing his apple. He carefully cut a small slice off the apple and offered it to the rabbit.

The rabbit was overjoyed! It happily nibbled the slice, thanking Barnaby with a little hop. Barnaby felt happy giving his treat away.

Next, Barnaby saw a little squirrel struggling to reach some ripe mangoes hanging high in the tree. The mangoes were beautiful and smelled wonderful. The little squirrel's cheeks were already puffed up with acorns.

Barnaby, with a helping hand and a little push, reached a branch and dropped a juicy mango to the squirrel, delighted that the squirrel could enjoy this fruit.

The squirrel, with tiny paws, quickly grabbed the mango. It thanked Barnaby with a chirp and scurried away. Barnaby felt very good about helping the other forest creatures.

Barnaby then saw a little bird, singing a sweet song, looking for a plump cherry. He dropped a handful of cherries to the bird.

The bird happily pecked at the tasty cherries. All around the orchard, other animals and birds were happy because of Barnaby’s generosity and kindness.

Barnaby felt a warm feeling inside. He wasn't just enjoying the delicious fruits; he was making other animals happy, too. From that day on, Barnaby always looked for ways to share his treats and be kind to others.

Barnaby learned that sharing and kindness make the whole world happy. And that fruit isn’t just for eating; it’s also a way to spread joy.
