Once upon a time, high above the sleepy town of Sunnyville, lived a little cloud named Nimbus. Nimbus wasn't like the other big, fluffy clouds. He was small and wispy, and he often felt lost among his larger, rain-filled friends.
One sunny afternoon, Nimbus noticed a field of wilting sunflowers down below. They looked so sad and droopy. He knew the big clouds were too busy preparing for a big thunderstorm to help. Nimbus wanted to give them a few drops of water, but he was so small, he only had a tiny bit of mist.
He puffed himself up as big as he could and floated down towards the sunflowers. He gently misted them with his tiny droplets. It wasn't much, but the sunflowers perked up a little. Nimbus felt a little bit of happiness, even though he knew they needed more water.
Just then, a little cloud named Stratus drifted by. "What are you doing, Nimbus?" she asked. Nimbus explained about the thirsty sunflowers. Stratus smiled. "I have a little bit of water too! Let's combine it!" she said.
Together, Nimbus and Stratus misted the sunflowers with their combined water. The sunflowers looked even happier! Then, another small cloud, Cumulus, joined them. "I heard you were helping these sunflowers," he said. "I have a little bit of water to share too!"
The three little clouds combined all their water and created a gentle, refreshing rain shower for the sunflowers. The sunflowers drank and drank until they were tall and bright again. They turned their faces towards the sun, smiling with gratitude.
The little clouds felt so happy. They learned that even though they were small, they could make a big difference by working together. And the sunflowers learned that even a little bit of kindness can go a long way.
From that day on, the little clouds became the best of friends. They continued to help the flowers and plants below, sharing their water and bringing smiles to everyone in Sunnyville. And as the sun began to set, Nimbus, Stratus, and Cumulus drifted closer together, ready for a good night's sleep, dreaming of happy sunflowers and sunny days.
