Deep in the lush green Amazon rainforest lived a playful capybara named Carlos. Carlos loved to spend his days swimming in the cool rivers, munching on delicious grass, and chasing butterflies with his friends.

But as the sun began to set, painting the sky in fiery hues of orange and purple, Carlos knew it was time for his special bedtime routine.

First, he would carefully find a soft spot of grass near the riverbank. This was his special bed.

Next, Carlos would gently nudge his fluffy tail against the grass. He loved how soft and comforting it was.

Then, Carlos would take a few deep breaths, feeling the cool night air on his nose. He would close his eyes and think about all the fun things he had done during the day.

He thought about swimming with his friends and nibbling on tasty leaves. He remembered how happy he felt playing with the playful river fish. He noticed how calm the river flowed.

As Carlos settled deeper into his soft bed of grass, a gentle breeze whispered through the trees. The sounds of the night – chirping crickets and hooting owls – filled the air. Carlos felt a sense of peace wash over him.

He knew he had a wonderful day filled with happiness and friendship. Carlos felt grateful for everything. It was time for sweet dreams.

Carlos snuggled down, feeling the warmth of the earth. He thought about how happy his family was. He wished everyone a good night. He knew tomorrow would be another wonderful day. Carlos drifted off to sleep, feeling calm and content.

Carlos knew that going to bed and resting his body was important. He followed his routine every night, and it made him feel happy and healthy.

He knew, following his routine every night, made him feel happy and healthy.

Following a routine helped Carlos stay calm and ready for another day of fun in the rainforest.
